Alyson Rat Stoner (born Alyson Rae Steiner) is an American artist and dancer. Their film roles include Cheaper by the Dozen Cheaper by the Dozen 2 and the Step Up franchise. Alyson began her career as an all-star threat in the Disney Channel co-hosting Mike's Super Short Show. Stoner started her Instagram posting with a declaration that she "doesn't say what's the best for their body". However, she also wanted to discuss how ditching the animal products improved her physical as well as mental wellbeing.
